I can't thank this mighty woman of God, Lakeesha Whitaker, enough for her incredible support during one of my life's most difficult times. I was facing a time when I didn't know what direction to go or what decision I needed to make, and I had been seeking the Lord. One day, while I was working, this woman of God showed up in my unit out of nowhere. I did not know her and had never seen her before she approached me and said, "Can I pray for you?" I was in shock because I had been crying out to God. She then ministered to me, and I am telling you, my life was changed. Lakeesha was sent to give me the direction I needed. "Isaiah 41:10 reminds us that God is always with us, strengthening and helping us. God does this by placing the right people who walk beside us, encourage us, and help carry our burdens. I believe that God sent Lakeesha to walk with me as a reflection of His promise to uphold and strengthen me. Lakeesha's presence reminded me I am never alone in this journey." Thank you, Jesus, for the friendship that grew when You brought Lakeesha into my life.

There are some people who God will automatically connect you with. I can honestly say Lakeesha has truly been an inspiration to me was going through a really rough patch about 2 years ago. Lakeesha took the time to listen to me but not only that she prayed and spoke life. Each time we talk she always has an encouraging word to share. I am grateful for this Woman of God and I truly thank God for her life!

Lakeesha is a phenomenal listener and wise counselor. She has helped me through numerous situations where I just needed a fresh and different perspective and also how it relates back to God's word. Just talking with her, you will know that she has one of the kindest spirits and only wants what's best (God's best) for you. Thank you Lakeesha for all that you do!
